49816283 Ingersoll Rand Pilot Unloader Check Valve T30 Gas Power Compressor

Replace your unloader valve with this high-quality aftermarket pilot unloader check valve, designed specifically for Ingersoll Rand T30 gas-powered air compressors. Manufactured in the USA by Conrader, this valve assembly equivalent to (part number 49816283-C) is built from solid brass for exceptional durability and corrosion resistance.

This combo valve serves as an inline check valve, unloader, and includes a 325 PSI integrated relief valve, offering reliable pressure control and safety in one compact unit. The 5/8" inverted flare inlet on the top connects to the discharge line from the pump, while the 1/2" female NPT bottom port threads directly into your existing tank connection or fitting.

An additional 1/8" female NPT port is provided for installing a throttle control valve. The unit comes factory-set to engage at 145 PSI and disengage at 175 PSI, making it a direct fit and functional replacement for the OEM valve on compatible T30 models.

• Inlet: 5/8" Inverted Flare (top connection from compressor pump) (The outside of the tubing going into this connection should measure 5/8" OD)

• Relief Valve Rating: 325 PSI (This does not replace the relief on the air tank, the air tank should have a separate relief rated for the pressure requirements of the air tank.)
